can provide remote computer repair assistance to you.
In other words, you would be
in front of your computer and using the steps below, allow
me to 'see' your monitor, use your mouse and keyboard - all
from my home office. Many pc issues can be fixed remotely.
How this works:
You must have access to the internet.
Call me at 672-3209 to see if your
computer problem can be fixed remotely, and schedule a time
for a remote repair.
I will then give you a special
9 digit code that is only valid for the time needed to fix
your pc.
One benefit to you is that I can
very often remote assist outside of my normal business
hours. So if you have a problem some evening - call
me! If you are dealing with an issue over the weekend
- call me! I am often available evenings and
weekends for your convenience.
The cost is $30 per incident.
